Your morning begins with a cultural dive into local life at Roluos Market, where villagers gather to trade fresh produce and daily essentials. Continue to a nearby traditional pagoda, offering a peaceful moment and insight into Cambodia’s spiritual roots.

Next, journey to Kampong Phluk, a fascinating floating village where stilt houses rise 8–10 meters above the water. As you glide through its calm canals by boat, witness floating schools, fish farms, and even a clinic — a living example of adaptation and resilience.

Return to the hotel to freshen up before your transfer to the airport.

Welcome to Hanoi! Between 08:00 and 08:30 AM, your guide and group transport will pick you up from your hotel for a full day exploring Vietnam’s vibrant capital.

Begin at the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you’ll view the Mausoleum (from outside) and visit the two modest houses where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Then stroll to the One Pillar Pagoda, a symbol of purity and compassion, rising gracefully from a lotus pond.

Next, explore Vietnam’s cultural mosaic at the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, highlighting the traditions of 54 ethnic groups. (Note: On Mondays, this is replaced with the Vietnamese Women’s Museum.)

After a delicious Vietnamese lunch, visit the serene Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temple set on West Lake. Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, built in 1070 to honor scholars and Confucius.

End the tour at the somber yet fascinating Hoa Lo Prison Museum ("Hanoi Hilton"), which offers insights into Vietnam’s colonial history and the war period.

After breakfast, depart from Hanoi for the majestic Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (approx. 2.5 hours drive). Upon arrival, board your day cruise and enjoy:

1. A scenic journey past limestone karsts and floating villages
2. Visit Thien Cung Cave or similar
3. Optional kayaking or bamboo boat ride (depending on the cruise)

5. Return to Hanoi by evening

Today, escape the city and head south to the peaceful Mekong Delta. Your day begins with a visit to the charming town of My Tho, where you'll explore the ornate Vinh Trang Pagoda, a stunning 19th-century Buddhist temple with Vietnamese, Chinese, and Khmer influences.

Hop aboard a sampan boat and glide through the waterways to discover the iconic Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise Islands. On Unicorn Island, stroll through fruit orchards, listen to traditional Southern folk music, and taste fresh tropical fruits.

Next, take a hand-rowed sampan ride under coconut-shaded canals, stopping by a honey-bee farm and a coconut candy workshop to see how these local treats are made.
